The basics of error proofing the labeling process are covered in this 2-day workshop.
Topics include the impact of mislabeling, common causes of labeling errors and available solutions. A dock to dock audit is conducted to provide participants with an opportunity to assess potential weaknesses in their labeling processes and to aid in the development of an action plan to eliminate the risks.

Relationship between Labeling and Quality Documentation. You will learn how to use a PFMEA to understand your risks, and effectively drive toward risk reduction. You will learn to analyze past quality failures by utilizing additional analytical tools.

Creating Realistic Action Plans. You will learn how to create a disciplined method of process review and documentation that will engage all levels of your organization
