Product Action International, LLC recently was awarded the 2006 BKD Indiana Excellence Silver Award in the service industry category. The BKD Indiana Excellence Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate a commitment to business excellence through improvement of a product, service or business practice. Product Action received this award for our Project Resource Center initiative to reduce our error rate, improve quality and reduce costs associated with those errors. Product Action has been recognized seven times by the BKD Indiana Excellence Awards program for our processes and achievements.
