Our QMS consultants have the program management experience across both small, single site companies, and large, multi division companies, to custom tailor a focused program to implement a new or improved quality management system. The QMS may include improving on your own "home grown" system, implementing an ISO9001:2000 standard compliant system, or transitioning from QS9000 to the new ISO/TS16949 automotive standard. - Gap Analysis of your current system compared to the desired QMS standard, with recommendation actions to improve any weaknesses.
- Program Implementation Plan to get your company from the "current state" to the "desired state", including estimated cost and timing.
